International Internship Program “Conceptual Framework and Practical Cases for Building Resilience and Stress Resistance in a Broad Interdisciplinary Context” (April 6 – May 17, 2026)

 

Organising Institution: Publishing Press WayScience OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia)

 

Purpose: The international internship is aimed at developing participants’ comprehensive understanding of resilience and stress resistance through the integration of theoretical foundations with practical, interdisciplinary thematic studies. This approach enables participants to design strategies for enhancing adaptive capacity and coping mechanisms in personal, organizational, and societal contexts.

 

Duration: (180 academic hours / 6 ECTS credits)

– 120 hours / 4 ECTS credits of contact-based activities (lectures, practical classes, trainings, interactive workshops, discussions, debates, interdisciplinary case studies)

– 60 hours / 2 ECTS credits of individual work by participants (study of academic literature, completion of practical assignments, preparation of reflective report)

 

Program Modules:

Module 1. Theoretical foundations and practices of building resilience and stress resistance

Module 2. The role of emotional intelligence in the development of resilience and adaptive behavioral strategies of the individual

Module 3. Comprehensive mechanisms for coping with stress in situations of increased complexity and risk

Module 4. Development of resilience and stress resistance in professional and educational environments

 

Geography of Speakers: more than 40 experts from over 20 countries.

 

Form of Participation: online (distance format).

 

Confirmation of Participation: Participants will receive a certificate of participation in an international internship program confirming completion of the internship at a scientific institution in a country that is a member of the European Union.

 

Participation Fee:

1,900 UAH (participants from Ukraine) / 90 EUR (participants from other countries)

 

Participant Registration:

  1. Complete the participant application form and send it to estonia@wayscience.com (by April 6, 2026)
  2. Receive registration confirmation with payment details
  3. Send the payment receipt to estonia@wayscience.com
  4. Await information regarding the internship program, schedule, and access instructions (to be sent directly prior to the start of the internship).
