International Internship Program “Emerging Paradigms of Artificial Intelligence in Knowledge Creation, Learning and Innovation” (November 9 – December 20, 2026)

Purpose: The international internship program is aimed at developing participants’ comprehensive understanding of the conceptual foundations, emerging applications, and societal implications of artificial intelligence through the integration of theoretical perspectives with interdisciplinary thematic studies and practical insights. This approach enables participants to critically examine the transformative role of artificial intelligence in knowledge creation, learning, research, professional practice, institutional governance, and innovation, while fostering the competencies required for its responsible, ethical, and effective implementation across educational, organizational, and societal contexts.
Duration: (180 academic hours / 6 ECTS credits)
– 120 hours / 4 ECTS credits (theoretical and practical learning activities)
– 60 hours / 2 ECTS credits (individual work)
Program Modules:
Module 1. Cognitive foundations and contemporary approaches to Human–AI interaction
Module 2. New horizons in learning, teaching and educational practice in the age of artificial intelligence
Module 3. The expanding role of artificial intelligence in professional practice
Module 4. Institutional responsibility, ethical principles and public governance of artificial intelligence
Geography of Speakers: more than 30 experts from over 20 countries
Form of Participation: online (distance format)
Confirmation of Participation: Participants will receive a certificate of participation in an international internship program confirming completion of the internship at a scientific institution in a country that is a member of the European Union
